- Located in front of the former Sugiyama Residence (Important Cultural Property), the two-story Jinaimachi Community Center has a traditional merchant house design with a tiled roof and plastered lattice wall, a popular design in the late 19th century. The first floor has a lounge and exhibits on the history of the town and other themed displays. The upstairs has a meeting room for up to 30 people and a Japanese-style room that can be rented for workshops and other events.
